Most of the photographs on After the Coal Dust are taken of people going about their day to day lives so photographing at Pride was something a little different.
Rather than treating it as an ‘event’ we photographed with a ‘street photography’ viewpoint, trying to capture the people on the fringes as well as those centre stage.
